His will is dated 20 January 1791 and proved on 18 August 1791 in Stratford. He is a slaveholder and divides his enslaved black people between his heirs. He mentions his wife Mehitabel, his two sons, Agur Judson, and David Judson, his daughter Hannah Platt, wife of Moses Platt, and his grandson Agur Platt.[3]
His inventory was completed on 30 March 1792 in Stratford.[4]
In 1792, the heirs signed a distribution agreement.[5]
