Biography

Janet Keith was the daughter of Robert Keith, Master of Marischal and Lady Elizabeth Douglas.^[1][2][3]

She married John Lyon, 7th Lord Glamis, son of John Lyon, 6th Lord Glamis and Janet Douglas, on 6 February 1542/43.^[4] They had issue:

1. Sir Thomas Lyon, Master of Glamis
2. Margaret Lyon+^[1] d. Dec 1625
3. John Lyon, 8th Lord Glamis+ b. c 1544, d. 17 Mar 1578
