Adam Kennedy was born about 1828 in Cubbindall, Ballymoney, County Antrim, Ireland & baptised at Ballymoney 13th April 1828, the son of John Kennedy & Margaret Templeton.[1][2]
Adam Kennedy and Mary Ann Macaulay, both in the parish of Dundonald, gave in their names for proclamation on the ninth, were regularly proclaimed, and were married by the Rev. David Wilson, Irvine, on 28th October 1853 in Dundonald, Ayrshire, Scotland.[3][4]
Adam Kennedy aged 56, of 106 Blackburn Street, Plantation, a Private Watchman, was found drowned on 20th April 1884 at York Street, Ferry, Berth 18, on the North Side of Glasgow Harbour, Lanarkshire, Scotland. His death was certified by G. W. Hardie who made an examination of his body, and declared he had accidentally drowned on 19th or 20th April 1884.[5][6][7]
