He married, by Archelaus Smith, Esq., Nov. 23, 1773, Ruth Doane, born at Eastham, Mass., April 7, 1756, died at Barrington Sept. 27, 1835, daughter of Edmund and Elizabeth (Osborn) Doane. They lived at Doctor's Cove, Barrington Passage.[3][4]
