Elizabeth was born on 17 Aug 1732 in Shrewsbury, Worcester, Massachusetts Bay Colony. She was the daughter of Cyprian Keyes Sr and Hepsibah (Howe) Keyes.
Oliver (4) Dakin, was born March 30, 1727. He was a Lieutenant in the Revolutionary War, and responded to the Lexington Alarm, April 19, 1775, marching on Cambridge as a Lieutenant in Captain Haines' company. He married Betsey (5) Keyes, the daughter of Cyprian (4) and Hepzibah (Howe) Keyes. Cyprian (4) Keyes was a private in the Continental Army and served from May 20, 1777, to January 18, 1778. Cyprian Keyes was born September 15, 1706, at Marlborough, Mass., and died June 18, 1802, at Boylston, Mass. One of the sons of Oliver Dakin was Joseph (5) (Wentworth - p41)
She died on 3 May 1805 in Sudbury, Middlesex, Massachusetts. She was buried in Old Burial Ground.[1]
