Marriage: 26 OCT 1762, Maytown, Lancaster, Pennsylvania, United States
Research Note
Shenandoah Co., VA, Personal Property Tax Records - [1]As Rebecca is listed responsible party, presumably Johannes has died prior to 1782/3 . "Johannes or John Krick which was later changed to Creek, died Bef 1783 by estimate of several researchers. He apparently didn't return from an engagement during the Rev War under Cpt Joseph Bowman in a military mission to Cahokia, IL"[1]

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Johannes by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Johannes:
Krick-285 and Krick-2 appear to represent the same person because: I am uncertain if these two are the same or not, but the marriage to the same person and the dates of birth and death make me think it should definitely be considered.
One man married Ann Maria Hatt and died about 1800. The other man married Rebecca Wicks and died before 1782, presumably in the revolutionary war.
