According to Heese and Lombard he married Levina Catharina Hendrina Kruger. If he did, it was not [Kruger-1661], because she married [Kruger-1685], as can be seen from his DN. There were many Casper Jan Hendrik Krugers, but there also were many Levina Catharina Krugers, not all of whom had the third forename Hendrina.
A possibility for the spouse of this Casper is suggested by the Baptism Record of a child who is not one of the children of [Kruger-1661]
Child: Helena Johanna Wilhelmina Kruger
from South Africa, Free State Dutch Reformed Church Records, 1848-1956
Baptism Date: 16 Jul 1865 at Bloemfontein, Orange Free State
Birth Date: 9 May 1865
Father's Name: Casper Jan Hendrik Kruger
Mother's Name: Levina Catharina Hendrina Kruger
Witnesses Isaac Johannes Christiaan Kruger; Cornelia Lombard; Teunis Lodewyk Kruger; Alida Kruger [2]
A possibility for Levina is:
b7c2d4e4 Theunis Johannes KRUGER * 7.6.1806 = Graaff-Reinet 30.11.1806
x Cradock 4.10.1824 Heyletje Maria Margaretha VAN WYK
f1 Levina Catbarina * 28.7.1825 = Cradock 4.9.1825 [3]
A more likely suggestion is:
b7c1d1e3f8 Levina Catharina Hendrina KRUGER * 26.3.1832 = Cradock 8.10.1827

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Casper by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Casper:
Kruger-1685 and Kruger-2555 are not ready to be merged because: Seems to be too many discrepancies - birth, baptism, death dates. Needs further research first. I suspect conflation.
Which spouse was she (Van_Tonder-323) married to?: Casper Jan Hendrik Kruger (Kruger-1685) b. 21 Feb 1830 d. 07 Jan 1918 or Casper Kruger (Kruger-2555) b. 01 Aug 1827 d. 09 Oct 1901 ....
Casper Jan Hendrik Kruger surviving spouse of Lefina Catharina Hendrina when she died in 1901 in Refugee Camp Brandfort according to her DN. His birth and death date same year, thus I replace the death date with after 9 Oct 1901.
Kruger-3324 and Kruger-2555 appear to represent the same person because: Clear duplicate. Kruger-2555 already existed. I'll do the final integration of the bio after the merge, thanks!
Dates of spouse is also different even though they have the same name
