Samuel Larrabee was born on 3 July 1779 in Scarborough, Maine. His parents were Samuel Larrabee and Elizabeth (Blake) Larrabee[1].
He married Martha "Patty" Irish on 3 February 1803 in Gorham, Maine[2]. They settled in Limington, where they had ten children[3]:

2. Nancy, born 29 Aug 1807; married Andrew Staples
3. Elizabeth, born Jul 1808; married Parmenio Libby
4. Ebenezer Irish, born 12 Jan 1810; married Mary Thaxter
5. Martha D., born 4 May 1812; married James Carlisle
6. Ruhamah Irish, born 1814
7. Joseph, born 1818; married Mary Ann Mulloy
8. Daniel, born ca. 1819; died young
9. Abigail Irish, born 9 May 1821; married Lemuel Davis
10. James Irish, born 25 Dec 1823; married Sarah Thompson
Samuel's father was a veteran of the American Revolution.
Samuel passed away on 12 July 1849 in Limington, Maine.[4]
