Susan A. Larrabee was born in 1851 in Scarborough, Maine.
Her father Albion passed away when she was less than a year old, and her mother Mary passed away when she was nine. According to the 1870 US Census, Susan was living in the house of George and Hannah Perley in Gray; these were likely her maternal grandparents, as her mother Mary's maiden name was Perley and per her marriage certificate she was from Gray[1].
She married Frank Morgan on 25 June 1873 in Portland, Maine[2]. They had at least one child, John, born in 1876[3].
