- Know all men by these presents that I Rosanah West of the County of Montgomery doth this day give unto and relinquish all my right and claim that I have to a negro boy named Jack that was willed to John West by Isaac West dec'd and I now give up the same to Hester West the wife of John West dec'd and heirs forever, free from all claim or claims given as witness my hand and seal this 18th day of March 1818.
