Abigail Lord Hackenger is my direct ancestor by 6 generations, and is the youngest daughter and child of Joseph and Mary (Hovey) Lord, born in Hamilton county, OH, April 30, 1811, married in Cincinnati, OH, Jan. 16, 1828, Protus Hackenger, son of Joseph and Clara (Wyman) Hackenger. He was born in Baden, Germany, June 9, 1806. Farmer; res. Sedamsville, near Cincinnati, OH.
They had 11 children. (I'm still searching for information on all the others!)
