She married John Martin Huey on 17 November 1851 in Fayette, Kentucky.[2]
They were recorded in the 1860 Census in Madison, Indiana, with their six year old daughter Ellen.[3]
John died in 1867 and Elizabeth later married Abraham Armel.[4]
She was recorded in the 1901 Canadian Census in Winnipeg, Manitoba, in her daughter Fannie's household, although recorded as a boarder. Elizabeth was widowed and her religion was Presbyterian.[5]
