Research Notes

Parents: Lemuel Mason and Mary Thelaball [1]

No "reputable" source, even tertiary, seems to connect her to purported parent Lemeul Mason (who married Mary Thelaball). Vast arrays of data state this, but it quite clearly all dates back to unsupported user trees from Ancestry.com and Genealogy.com.

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Elizabeth by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Elizabeth:

Does anybody have any source for her parents, especially her father. All the semi-reputable sources I have say she is NOT daughter of a Lemeul Mason.

Edit: Feb. 2018: recent analysis of autosomal DNA evidence is clear that she and her husband have multiple living descendants with DNA from either her or her husband. More tests of her and her siblings should eventually decide this question.

I had her listed under Sara Belcher.... odd, everything but that name... once i started searching here, and connecting family members from a gedcom is where i found this oddity, maybe that can help you.

Mason-882 and Mason-4907 appear to represent the same person because: Nothing seems to conflict except birth date.
