Thomas Mayo was born December 7, 1650 in Eastham, Barnstable, Massachusetts. He is the son of Nathaniel Mayo and Hannah (Prence) Sparrow.
He was the brother of Nathaniel Mayo, Samuel Mayo, Hannah Mayo, Theophilus Mayo, Patience Sparrow, Bathsheba (Mayo) Freeman and Richard Sparrow.
He married Barbara Knowles on June 13, 1677 in Eastham, Barnstable Co, Massachusetts.[1]
He was the father of Thomas Mayo, Theophilus Mayo, Mary Mayo, Mercy Mayo, Ruth Mayo, Judah Mayo, Lydia Mayo, Richard Mayo, Son Mayo, Un-named Male Mayo and Israel Mayo.
