Danll Macomus late of Anne Arundel County deceased left his wife Eliza Macomus and following sons which he had by his said wife: John, William, Alexander and Danll. John was 16 years by the 4th of July. William 10 years the 16th of October, Alexander 7 years the 14th of September. Daniel 3 years the 12th next January. It was the desire of the father that in case of his death none of the sons should be bound out longer than age 18. Elizabeth wishes to carry this out and will pay for any servitude beyond the age of 16 years This statement was dated 17 OCT 1699 and signed by Elizabeth Macomus with an initial E.
