" Whereas by descent from Robert McCord Dec'd that we, John E. McCord, William H. McCord, Joseph M. McCord, Robert Wiley & Eliza his wife formerly Eliza McCord, John D. Wiley and Nancy his wife formerly Nancy McCord, Minton Roberts and Caroline his wife formerly Caroline McCord, Daniel F. McCord, David A. McCord, Newton M. McCord and myself Samuel T. McCord have derived title to and now hold an undivided Interest in a tract of Land in the State of Tennessee, Marshall County and district No.14th with the incumbrance of the lifetime estate of Deborah McCord on said land and bounded as follows
