Joseph (Migneaux) Migneault lived

Joseph was born about 1692, in the 1698 census in Beaubassin, he was 5 years old. His parents were Jean Aubin Mignot and Anne Dugas, they married in 1679 in Beaubassin, it seems possible that he was also born in Beaubassin.[1]

Marriage
Joseph Migneau married Anne Michaud, daughter of Pierre Michaud and Marie Madeleine Thibodeau : deposit of a marriage contract signed on October 3, 1714, before Etienne Auclair, priest of Kamouraska, and also deposited in the Abel Michon notary registry on March 15, 1715, Witnesses recorded in the document: “La bonne femme Migneaux", Jean "guionne" (Dionne), uncle of Joseph Migneaux, Pierre Michaud and his wife, Françoise Bouchard[2].

The Migneau / Michaud couple had 9 children[3].

Death and Burial
Joseph Migneau was buried on 11 May 1756 in Saint-Pierre-de-la-Rivière-du-Sud, Canada, Nouvelle-France. The record giving him the age of around 68 years. His exact date of death is not mentioned in the burial record.[4][5]

Joseph Migneaux est né vers 1692, au recensement de 1698 à Beaubassin, il est âgé de 5 ans, fils de Jean Migneaux et Anne Dugas qui s'étaient épousé aussi à Beaubassin, il est probable que sa naissance soit dans le même lieu.

Joseph Migneau épouse Anne Michaud, le dépôt d’un contrat de mariage passé le 3 octobre 1714, devant Etienne Auclair, prêtre-curé de Kamouraska, est aussi déposé au greffe de Michon, le 15 mars 1715. Parmi les témoins on retrouve “la bonne femme Migneaux ’’, Jean “guionne” (Dionne), oncle de Joseph Migneaux, Pierre Michaud et sa femme, Françoise Bouchard.
