Morehead-1205 and Morehead-406 appear to represent the same person because: Same person would you agree ?

There are a couple things odd about the will. (1) He refers to his wife as "Polly," which is a nickname for Mary. His wife's name was Elizabeth and she went by her middle name, Lucy. She was his wife in 1826 and outlived him. (2) He says he has six sons: "... my six sons, Charles, Alfred, John, William, Henry & Armistead..." There is no mention anywhere in the will of his first-born son, James Turner Morehead. Albeit, James was doing well, practicing law in Bowling Green when his father died in 1826.
