Sir Thomas Morgan (died 1603) was an English Member of Parliament. He was the eldest son of Sir Rowland Morgan of Machen, Monmouthshire and educated at the Middle Temple. He inherited Tredegar House from his cousin Miles Morgan, who had died at sea after inheriting it from William Morgan. ^[1]He was the father of Sir William Morgan. He died about 1603 in Tredegar, Monmouthshire, Wales. ^[2][3]
