Mueller-1071 and Müller-10680 appear to represent the same person because: Hi Sandy, Lets merge into Müller as this would have been the German spelling, but once in USA the name Miller seems to become dominant.
Hi Sandy
I think that the problem here is one of the correct name to use as the LNAB – Last Name given At Birth.
I am trying to get clarity on this, but if you find the baptism or birth certificate that would really help. I have also seen the named spelled as Miller, so it would be good to have a confirmed spelling
Regards, Mary Pistorius Rudd
The situation has not changed, I can not work out the correct spelling at birth. Is it Miller, Müller or Mueller. Perhaps you could find clarity on her father's LNAB
I am not sure what her last name was at birth. My Mom has the books that I found her. These are my notes from that book:

This probably doesn't help much.
