Biography
Daughter of David and Deborah (Howe) Munroe - She was christened about 1 Apr 1722 at Canterbury, Windham, Connecticut
Elizabeth married Stephen Gates in Connecticut Colony - after their marriage they resided at Harvard, Massachusetts for some time and then removed to Connecticut. Stephen was received by the church in Canterbury on 20 May 1743 upon recommendation of the church in Windham Village. Their next home was probably Rindge, New Hampshire, but they did not remain there long, returning to Harvard, Massachusetts
She died at Harvard, Worcester, Massachusetts Bay
