Anne was the daughter of George Mynne and Elizabeth Wroth.[1][2] She was born on 20 November 1579.[3] Her birthplace is uncertain: her father had interests in Hertfordshire, London and Somerset.[1][2]
She married, as his first wife, George Calvert at St Peter's, Cornhill, London on 22 November 1604.[1][2][4] The parish register entry for her marriage describes her as of Bexley, Hertfordshire,[5] They had the following children:
Anne died on 8 August 1622 and was buried at Hertingfordbury, Hertfordshire,[1][2] where she was buried in the chancel of St Mary's Church.[5] Her husband subsequently married someone called Joan, whose last name at birth is unknown.[1][2]
