Her father, Wade Netherland, Jr. left a will - his daughter, his only child, Frances was ust a child

Will Of Wade Netherland, Jr., Henrico Co. Va. 12 Nov 1773 - 25 Apr 1774

To daughter Frances Netherland all the negroes & their increase left by my father and now in the possesion of my sister Frances Macon wife of Henry Macon, but in case aforsd daughter should die without lawful heirs aforesaid negroes to be equally divided between five children of my sister Mary, the wife of Tucker Woodson, (vizt) Wade Woodson, John Woodson, Benjamin Woodson, Henry Woodson, Sarah Woodson.

To daughter Frances Netherland the following negroes (vizt) Esther, Bess, Joe, Queen, Bagwell, Jack, Jenny, Effa, Robin, Ellick, Billy, Beck, Nan, Charles, Sam, Tom, all my lands, but in case aforesd Daughter should die without leaving issue then said negroes and Lands should be equally divided between the five children aforementioned of my sister Mary the wife of Tucker Woodson.

To wife Ann Netherland the following negroes Sam, Beck, Cate, Lyda, Peter, Tom, Lucy, Bob, now in Cumberland Co. and Langston and Parrot with all moveable estate.
