Ralph was born 7 NOV 1468 in Bothal, Northumberland, England.[1] He is the son of Owen (d. 01 Sep 1486), 2nd Baron Ogle and Eleanor Hilton. He was age 18 when his father died.[2][3][4]
Marriage
According to Ogle (1902), Ralph married Margaret Gascoigne (living 1515/6). Her parents were:

and Margaret Percy, dau. of 3rd Earl of Northumb.[5][6][5]
This is repeated in (Hutchinson,1823. p. 501).[7] and Lodge, 1789, p. 258.[8]
17 Oct 1509 - 28 Nov 1511: summoned to Parliament.[9]
Death
Wallis (1769, claims he was at Flodden (09 Sep 1513),[16] but according to Ogle (1902), Ralph died in Jan 1513.[2]
Ogle (1902), goes on to state that Ralph did march against the Scots under the Earl of Surrey but the event dates to 9 Henry VII (c. 1494).[2]
Ralph was buried in an alabaster tomb in St Andrew's Church, Bothal.[17][18] According to Ellis (2009), he was succeeded by the 4th Baron Ogle, before 09 September 1513.[19]
