Leonard O. Olmsted, son of Samuel and Hannah (Stow) Olmsted, was born 28 March 1791 in Stockbridge, Massachusetts.
Leonard served during the War of 1812.
He was a woolen manufactuer in Lee, Massachusetts and later in Camden, New York.
Leonard married Sophia Thatcher Or Thacher on 5 February 1816 in Lee, Berkshire, Massachusetts, United States.[1][2]
Leonard and Sophia had four children: Lucy, Samuel, Thatcher, and John.
Leonard was mentioned on a memorial in Forest Park Cemetery, Camden, Oneida County, New York, United States with a death date of 30 January 1849.[3]
