Biography

Sarah Reddington, daughter of John Reddington, was born on March 12, 1659, in Topsfield, Essex, Massachusetts. [1][2][3]. She died 8 July 1689 in Andover, Essex County, colony of Massachusetts.[3]

Sarah Reddington married Christopher Osgood on December 21, 1687, in Topsfield, Essex, Massachusetts[4][3] He was the son of Christopher Osgood and Margaret Fowler, born Abt 1638 in Ipswich, Essex County, colony of Massachusetts.[3]

Sarah and Christopher Osgood had one daughter recorded as b. in 1688, named Phebe.[5]

Sarah (Reddington) Osgood died 8 July 1689.[6] [3]

NOTE: this profile was conflated with Sarah (Unknown) Osgood, 4th wife of Christopher Osgood. The bios have been separated into two different profiles. The first Sarah (3rd wife) had one daughter recorded as b. in 1688. The second Sarah (4th wife) had six children. [6] All the children listed for Sarah Reddington will be transferred to Sarah (Unknown) except for Phebe.

Redington-210 and Redington-73 appear to represent the same person because: This was a profile under the name Sarah Osgood with the only information on the profile being that she died 8 July 1689 and with no connections. I recreated her as Redington so she can be merged with Sarah Redington third wife of Christopher Osgood.

I agree with Al, going by the work of Robert Charles Anderson as published in The Great Migration 1634-1635, M-P. page 321, and also that of Ira Osgood (see Source list), I will create a new profile for Sarah Unknown and add her children. They would be all the children listed for Sarah Reddington, except Phebe.
