Ostrander-2174 and Ostrander-108 appear to represent the same person because: Spellings differ but same individual
This profile states that Debra was born at Kingston on July 31, 1763, but there is no record of her baptism in Hoes -- and Hoes has no baptismal records for the Kingston RDC between 8 May and 5 October of 1763. (Records could have been lost.)

Find-A-Grave has her birth as Aug. 29, 1763 in New Paltz.
