William Henry Outlaw was born 24 January 1834 in North Carolina.[1][2] He was the son of Lewis Outlaw and Elizabeth Whitfield.[1]
In the 1850 U.S. Census, Henry Outlaw was recorded as 14-years old, living in Hopkins County, Kentucky with his parents, brothers John and Needham.[1]
William H. Outlaw was married 21 May 1857 in Hopkins County, Kentucky to Susan I Oates.[3]
He died 24 October 1883 and was buried at Concord Cemetery, Hopkins County, Kentucky.[2]
