Biography

Penelope Paget was born about 1650, daughter of William 6th Lord Paget and his wife, Frances Rich. She married Philip Foley, son of Thomas Foley and his wife, Anne Browne. Penelope bore her husband 4 sons of whom 2 died before their father, and 7 daughters. [1]
