Biography
Charles Nelson Parks was born on November 10, 1937, in St Louis, Minnesota.[1][2] He was the son of Edward Parks and Evelyn Dyer.
He died at the age of 79 on May 30, 2017 in Deer River, Itasca, Minnesota, and was buried in the Pine Ridge Cemetery.[1][3].
