Thomas Pascall; m. Mary; d. 26 Jan 1638 at Churchill, England.
He resided at Wrington, Somersetshire, England. He resided at Churchill, England. He left a will; proved 10 Nov 1639, Prerogative Court of Canterbury.
Mary was born circa 1573. Thomas' ". . . wife Mary who survived him and died at the house of her son William in the parish of St. John Baptist, Bristol, and was buried there 18 July, 1669, aged 96 years."[1]

This is the will for the son of Sir Andrew Paschall. He died without issue & left what land he had to his brother Philip. (His brother Philip died 2 years later 1626 & left his estate to his only son Philip. Sir Andrew then died in 1632 & left his estate to his grandson Andrew & also bequests grandson Edward (As son Andrew was already dead) And grandson Philip (see above). (Both these wills are also now online.)
In the will of Thomas who died in Churchill there is no mention of any land or family etc in Essex & he signs with a mark. The Essex Paschalls were definitely educated (will dig out the source.)
