Biography

Served in the Rev. War in McDowell reg. Battle Kings Mtn., Ramseur's Mill and Cowpens. One of 1st ruling elders ordained at Quaker Meadows Presbyterian Church.

His grave in the Alexander Family Cemetery appears to be unmarked - headstone disappearing over the years. There is a "marker" placed at the Quaker Meadows Presbyterian Church honoring both him and his wife. It was placed there in 2003 by his descendants. Quaker Meadows Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Morganton, Burke County, NC.
