Samuel b. bef. 21 Oct 1707, of age, was named executor of his grandfather's will written 21 Oct 1728, and no guardian was appointed to supervise his inheritance from his grandfather, Ezra Perry.
Edmund b. bef. 10 Feb 1708/9, of age in 1729 no guardian was appointed to supervise his inheritance from his grandfather, Ezra Perry. Being a principle heir it was possible tha the was already of age, when the will was written on 21 Oct 1728. If so, his birth could be placed as having occurred bef. 21 Oct 1707.
