It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Jonathan by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Jonathan:

Sara Jones removed as mother of Jonathan. No evidence for this relationship.

Andrew, There is something wrong here. Sara Jones who married Joseph Peterson in 1704, did not have a son Jonathan Peterson who was born in 1668 long before her marriage. Sara had a father in law John and a brother in law Jonathan.

Sarah Jones has been duplicated here and here. I'm guessing you meant Jonathan to be Jonathan b. 1674 d. 1745. there don't seem to be any Jonathan's related to the Mayflower who fit you're dates.

Do you have further info?? Can I make corrections and merges ??
