Biography

Golda was born in 1897. She is the daughter of Franklin Phillips and Nancy L. (McCoy) Phillips.

Golda (age 19), daughter of Frank Phillips & Nancy E. Phillips, married W.E. Mullins (age 26) on 13 February 1917 in Pikeville, Pike, Kentucky, United States.^[1]

She married (2) Fred Rayburn, presumably before the birth of their child about 1924.

In the 1930 census Goldie (age 31) was the wife of Fred Rayburn in Gratis, Preble, Ohio, United States.^[2]

In the 1940 census Goldie (age 41) was the wife of Fred Rayburn in Cincinnati, Hamilton, Ohio, United States.^[3]

Goldie was mentioned on a memorial in Oak Hill Cemetery, Glendale, Hamilton County, Ohio, United States with a death date of 30 April 1985.^[4]
