Her parents were George Pierrepoint and his second wife Winifred Thwaites,[1] who had first son Henry, first daughter Isabel, second daughter Jane, followed by second son Gervase, born 15 Nov 1550.[2] Anne and her brother William must have been born after this and before her father's death in 1564.
