Lucinda was born in 1801.

In 1880 secured 200 signatures to have an election held to make sale of liquor illegal and it became a law - Somers, Tolland County, Connecticut. She taught the adult women Sunday School for many years in Somers, Tolland County, Connecticut. [2]

She passed away 15 May 1887.

This line has piqued my curiosity. I descend from Eltweed via his son Caleb. But I have another line, the exact person escapes me now, but contemporaneous with the Oren Pomeroy line and buried in Green-Wood Cemetery. I have a map of the cemetery. Interesting.
