Richard Povall was born in 1710 in Henrico, Colony of Virginia, son of John Povall (~1683– ) and Elizabeth Woodson (~1689–<1766).
Richard (40) married Tabitha Hudspeth (27) (born about 1723 in Henrico; daughter of George Hudspeth and Elizabeth (Mansfield) Hudspeth) on October 16, 1751 in Cumberland, Colony of Virginia[1][2]. Their children were:
Richard died on July 22, 1771 in Cumberland, Colony of Virginia, aged 60. Richard was mentioned on a memorial with a death date of 1771.[3]
