Born about 1569, he was baptized June 16, 1569, according to Lancashire C of E Parish Records.

He resided at Shevington in the parish of Standish, and was co-executor to his father's will ; his own will was dated Nov. 7, 1608, and was proved Jan. 24, 1609.

Issue of Ralph Prescott and Ellen of Shevington.
