Notes:

~ No birth record located.

~ Various family trees on Ancestry suggest that the father of Benoni was Mordecai Price and his mother Elizabeth White but have yet to find a source document that proves to this to be the case to any significant level.

~ Dates of birth, dates of death and dates of marriage are unsupported. Some have Benoni Price dying in Pennsylvania in 1813, likely have been severely harmed during a naval episode on Lake Erie with the British. No proof that that Benoni is this Benoni. In fact, it is likely not.

~ Some suggest that Mary Beall, daughter of Ninian Bealle and Catherine Duke, was married to someone else. However, the last will and testament of Ninian leaves to his daughter Mary Price, a flag-bottomed chair. Others suggest that the father of Mary Beall was Captain Samuel Beall, but I have not found any documentation to prove such.

~ The Maryland Births and Christenings 1650-1999 supports the parentage of Benoni Price and wife Mary relative to their sons, Ignatius, Loyd Beall, Reason, Fredrick and Benedict Beall.
