Julia Ann Rice was born on 11 April 1861 in Saint Joe, Searcy, Arkansas, United States, daughter of Samuel Thompson Rice (1812–about 1880) and Mary Lucinda Alcorn (1822–about 1883).
Julia died on 15 April 1926 in Braggs, Muskogee, Oklahoma, United States, aged 65. She was buried in Dwight Mission Cemetery, Marble City, Sequoyah County, Oklahoma.[1]
