Biography
Mary was the daughter of Nelson Rice and Martha Cartmill. She married Robert Crockett.[1]Their children were:
- Martha Crockett Magruder 1832 - 1890
- John Crockett 1837 - 1912
- Mary Crockett Slavens 1839 - 1912
- David Crockett 1842 - 1922
- William Warrick Crockett 1845 - 1913
- Thomas Crockett 1847 - 1921

- Sarah Catherine Crockett 1853
- James Crockett 1855 -
- Robert Crockett 1858 - 1925
Robert and Polly moved from Kentucky to Missouri in 1835 with Robert's parents. [2] Mary's parents moved there also. Robert was a farmer and his brother Jackson, lived next door with his family. They moved to Prairie Township, Audrain, Missouri before 1860. [3] Mary died in 1863.[4]
