Second Marriage to: Margaret Stewart Richey Seawright: The second marriage was to Margaret Stewart Richey Seawright, a cousin and widow of Andrew Seawright on 11 Feb. 1834. She was the daughter of Robert Richey, who was a brother to James W's father. They were married 23 years when she died in 1857. They did not have children. The 2 story Richey house in the picture was built around the first part of the 1800 hundreds. I had men from the T.V. Show "BARNWOOD BUILDERS" who are professionals date this for me. I think it was built by Robert Richey, and that his daughter Margaret got the house and lived there with her 2nd husband James Washington Richey and ALL of their children. Later this would explain why you see the 1880 census and pictures of Nancy Martin Richey living there in her later years. Marriage number 3 was to another cousin Nancy Martin on 23 Jul. 1857. Nancy was 42 years old and James W. was 65. They had 20 years of marriage before James W. Died in 1877. They did not have children.
