Leslie (Weathers) Walker
I affectionately called Mae Granny she is my beloved Indian Grandmother> I fondly remember staying at her house for an overnight or weekend stay and getting up in the morning to her sweet face and having cocoa wither at her small kitchen table. Mae was an amazing women who not only had to fight for her rights as a half breed Indian but also battled the rights as a deaf person!
