Biography

Frances (Rogers) Downer married John Downer IV in 1768 in Spotsylvania - their 1st child & daughter Anne Williams Downer, was born 19 Nov 1769 in Caroline Co & she died 13 Apr 1816 in Spotsylvania. Thus I changed the birth date and death date for Frances. She died in the year before John Downer died in 1795.
