Biography
Albert Penney was born in 1874. His parents were
Aaron Ross and Deborah Nickerson. He was a twin to Walter. he had a stroke before his death and was in a wheelchair for about 10 years before he passed away.
He was married October 31, 1894 at Cape Sable Island to Iona Nickerson
