- Also in Middlesex County Virginia Wills, Inventories & Accounts, 1673-1812 published in 1989 (page 117 of this book):
"(p.390) Averillah C. Saunders....3 Jul 1798 / 22 Oct 1798.... Son Jacob S. Saunders. Two daughters Betty Blake and Averillah C. Miller. Granddaughter Mary Saunders, daughter of Jacob Saunders. Son Thomas Saunders. Son George Saunders. Godson William A. Stiff. Exor: Jacob S. Saunders. Wit: Thomas Stiff and William N. Stiff."
Note: My Miller's that remained in Middlesex County, Virginia to modern times married into the Blake family on several occasions.
