Thomas married 16 Aug 1810 to Sally Taliaferro Franklin. She was born 1788, died 1842.
There were at least two children:
Benjamin Franklin Scott, b. 12 Dec 1811, d. 24 May 1873, married 12 Apr 1831 in Surry, NC to Elizabeth Norman
Martha Taliaferro Scott, b. 6 Oct 1838? (year is probably an error), d. 6 Jul 1912. Married James Madison Stewart, 28 May 1851.
