Richard Scott (#44) Scott Pedigree, third son of Sir John Scott and Lady Anne Pympe of Scot’s hall, was born c. 1508. His wife was Mary Whetenal, daughter of George Whetenal of Hextal’s Place, East Peckham, Kent, England. Richard was an author writing out of Scot’s Hall. Mary remarried Fulke Onslaw of Surrey, Clerk of the Parliament.

I've found only two pedigrees with her, but see no reason to disbelieve them. Marmaduke certainly left a widow name Ann, so at least that is consistent. I didn't see any mention of her in the will of Reynold Scott, but she could well have been dead by 1599.
