The will of Samuel Sevey of Rye dated 1 Apr 1760 refers to wife Abigail and daughter Mehitable Blue. This verifies that Mehitable the daughter of Samuel & Abigail married Edward Blue.
I think two Mehitabel Seaveys are conflated here. One Mehitabel Seavey married Joshua Atwood and had many children. Another Mehitabel Seavey married Edward Blue [Ballou]. Mehitabel Seavey Atwood had a gravestone which is said to imply birth in 1727. There is a 1729 birth record for a Mehitabel born to Samuel & Abigail Seavey. Samuel & Abigail had a son named Jonathan. Mehitabel Seavey Blue named sons Jonathan and Samuel; Mehitabel Seavey Atwood did not use those names for her sons. Because of the year of birth difference and the difference in name reuse I think it is much more likely the daughter of Samuel & Abigail married Edward Blue than the daughter of Samuel & Abigail married Joshua Atwood.
Unknown-299820 and Seavey-52 appear to represent the same person because: They have the same spouse. They are born in the same place and date (off 1 year due to discrepancy in source). The text only describes one husband, one wife. The duplicate was created with the LNAB.
born in 1727 in Bradford, MA and buried in Pelham NH.
